Welcome to Top Divers Pro. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. 1. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed via our official channels. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is typically due before the start of your diving activities unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge. No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Health & Certification

All participants must be in good health and meet the physical requirements for diving. Certified divers must present valid certification. We reserve the right to deny participation for safety reasons.

4. Liability & Insurance

While we prioritize safety, diving activities carry inherent risks. Top Divers Pro is not liable for injuries or accidents beyond our control. Guests are encouraged to have travel and dive insurance.

5. Equipment Use

Guests are responsible for equipment provided during their diving experience. Any loss or damage caused by negligence may result in additional charges.

6. Changes to Activities

We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities due to weather, sea conditions, or other operational factors to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
